We encourage you to book a few appointments in advance to ensure continuity of your treatment plan, which can be managed through your Client Hub on Jane App.

Our cancellation policy is 72hrs during clinic hours or the full fee will be charged as per the T&C’s you sign. Please use Jane App to manage your appointments. If you cannot change your appointment online, you are probably in the cancellation period.
